I have apps like XBMC Launcher, BusyBox Free, ssh/sftp server, towelroot, xposed installed on my firetv while running xbmc
Is there any easy way to update these apps or tell when there is an update? Or do I manually have to download the APK's again, and push them over?

How is that related to XBMC/Kodi?

This is related because the XBMC FireTV Wiki, for installing XBMC on firetv, refers to putting these apps on, and after they are on, curious how to keep them updated to latest version.
