How can we report this bug? I had the same problem with Gotham as well.

The problem is related to the OS. I have two Zbox ID42 with Nvivda chipset. One with Windows 8.1 and one with Windows 7. Kodi runs perfect on Windows 7 with 24fps while the same movie doesn't work on Windows 8.1. At Windows 8.1 it plays back at 23,98!

Do you use Windows 7 and can it be fixed?

Easy solution: Downgrade to Windows7. You might also want to file a bug with Microsoft as they have broken it with Windows 8.1
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

We are still on dx9 which is rather outdated. May be one of the reasons. An upgrade to dx10 or 11 is long overdue

So is there a chance to resolve this issue?

Most likely not for helix.
Edit: At least not the DX10, DX11 implementation. If FernetMenta finds a non intrusive hack to make it work, chances are non zero ... but I doubt investing energy in outdated technology is what we should do.

Is there a difference if using true fullscreen or windowed mode?
