This relates to this post which seems to have turned into a bit of a bun-fight:

The results of my install/difficulty as follows:

I installed Kodi bug fix build for ARM platform. First attempted to play a video. result was audio and no video. Uninstalled and made a clean install of Kodi bug fix build. Set the logpath. Enabled one video add-on (AlJazeera which include YouTube enabled as default). Played the add-on with the same result. Old install of Gotham worked perfectly well but trying to re-install makes no difference so I'm guessing (as a non-mega-techie) that some global setting has been cocked up somewhere.

Hi I know it's not a fix but have you looked at the link I put up off YouTube. Mine works fine now

Thanks Dood. Yes, I have looked at your suggestion. The audio's out of sync so I'll have another look in the absence of an effective fix. I've opened another thread as suggested by the thread that Ned pointed out but no responses as yet. Thanks for your effort fella.

De-select the three codec buttons below the 'Decoding method' in system-settings -video (advanced) -acceleration. Do not change the acceleration. Worked a treat.

Did you update the firmware of your box, recently?

Hi Koying, No, the only change was the installation of Kodi 14, replacing Gotham.

Did you try other videos than the addon you mention? Plain youtube?
Also, did you reboot after retrying Gotham?
