This relates to this post which seems to have turned into a bit of a bun-fight:
http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=...pid1880460
and despite the install being the test build, it doesn't qualify to be included in this thread: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=213108
The results of my install/difficulty as follows:
It existed in v14.0
URL to log: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B2QC2OXd...cslist_api
Kodi build date: 20150102
The device is an Android MX TV box running Android 4.2.2. Further device info here: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B2QC2OXd...cslist_api
I installed Kodi bug fix build for ARM platform. First attempted to play a video. result was audio and no video. Uninstalled and made a clean install of Kodi bug fix build. Set the logpath. Enabled one video add-on (AlJazeera which include YouTube enabled as default). Played the add-on with the same result. Old install of Gotham worked perfectly well but trying to re-install makes no difference so I'm guessing (as a non-mega-techie) that some global setting has been cocked up somewhere.
A couple of screenshots follow ........
A confused Kodi: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B2QC2OXd...cslist_api
Sound but no video: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B2QC2OXd...cslist_api
Any further thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Ta!
