You normally play URLS by creating a .strm file containing the URL. See:
http://kodi.wiki/view/Internet_video_and_audio_streams

Not certain if these stream play with kodi. Reading this suggests it might...

Yes. Give the text file a .strm extension (e.g. apple.strm) and you should be able to play it through the video file browser.
