I am not familiar with this product. Can I burn music to a CD with this product and at a relatively slower speed to increase quality?
I currently use Media Player which will not be available on Windows 10, so I am looking ahead, if this will be compatible.

No. Kodi is for playback, not media creation. There are many other free utilities for burning CDs on Windows.

I use CDBurnerXP. I don't know if it works on 10, but I have used it on XP and 7, the website says it works on 8 as well. I would say most likely it will work fine on 10.
