hi iwas wondering if theres a build ubuntu i love kodibuntu but i dont like lubuntu is there any way installing kodibuntu and kodibuntu-core etc for ubuntu in stead as if i were to switch to ubuntu and remove the lubuntu ui through terminal it removes kodibuntu-core etc

Sure you can either edit https://github.com/xbmc/XBMCbuntu and recompile the ISO and reinstall or do what I do, install Ubuntu minimal CD https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Instal.../MinimalCD (I tend to stick to LTS for better than 6 month livespan) and add Kodi onto with upstart scripts and whatever else I want. It has no desktop environment and you can choose whatever you like.

Perfect for HTPC if you ask me.
