I'm having a problem with shows like Spongebob that have an episode 1a and 1b. They both have the same thumbnail which is annoying and innacurate. Isn't there some way to make specific folders (and subfolders) have detection priority over download (or vice versa if I choose).

If the show has listed their episodes as 1a and 1b, and the TVdb has it listed as such, and if someone was kind enough to delineate between and upload an individual cover for both, then the scraper would pick it up. Your appeal should be with the TVdb or where ever you're getting your meta-data. Most of these double episodes, properly named, Kodi would stack them as one episode and you would have only one cover.
