I'm hoping someone can help.. we are having a problem getting Kodi on our raspberry pi to launch the xpdf or mupdf as an external player.. the screen flashes and then goes back to the main menu

is there a definition for the Error 256?

this is OSMC on a Rasberry Pi 2

I have my playercorefactory and advancedsettings all setup but when we try to open the file it gives us the error in the kodi.log
