I have just installed Kodi on my PC. As you can see, I can't really use it because the appearance is all messed up. Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Look like you have 3d switched on

You have that color 3d thing turned on, didnt even know that still existed. Simply turn it off in the settings.
