I have one thing I think is a little annoying when you have more than one subtitle service available.
Every time you open the subtitles dialog a search is initiated on the first service. Even though you maybe already have searched another, and that service is highlighted.
I would suggest that the last searched service should be used instead, and the one that is highlighted. And even better, save the last search so it is not necessary to always make a new search every time the dialog opens. Unless the user select a new service and press search.
If the last search is saved it would also be possible to highlight the last subtitle that was downloaded, so you know which one to try next if the last one was out of sync or generally bad.
