I am trying to install/upgrade Kodi 16.1 on windows 10, I have never had a problem in the past but when i try to execute the install I get an error that files are incomplete to execute .exe is anyone else having this problem?

Plenty of users have installed this package without install issues. I suggest re-download the file, if you don't have a TV tuner on board, pass on the PVR stuff, the installation of some of the system stuff you already have. Be sure to install as administrator with all rights.

Do you run a realtime av scanner? If you opt to redownload, temp-disable rt scan.
