I've been trying to create my media server for music and on my way i come up with kodi media server, but I face another problem that i need help with.

I want to connect Kodi with Dune HD - TV-102 so that I can play music on my dune in which it act as my player on my network.

Any help I will appreciate!

A search of Google turns up Dune HD TV-102 is an ultra compact IPTV/VOD/OTT solution with extended media player functionality.

Nah, I think the Dune units are a more basic stand-alone media player that predates the Kodi/XBMC for Android boom. What OP is probably looking for is using Kodi to play music to the Dune as a UPnP renderer, which should be possible. Assuming UPnP still works o.O
