720p TV connected to Mac (El Capitan) via HDMI as a separate display. When I switch to it with System | Settings | Video Output, Kodi (v16) crashes with a segfault. Here is a snippet of the Mac logs:

OK. Problem solved. I switched the resolution of the TV to "default for display". For some reason, it was set to "scaled" (and probably at a different resolution). Now Kodi can be shown on the TV without issue.
