How do I fix this ? I have tried to do the whole debug then reboot thing and typed in my email address and nothing was sent to me

It depends whether any of them are on the banned add-ons (wiki) list.

We do not offer any support for any install contaminated with such junk.

If not then gather, upload and post a link to a debug log (wiki).
