I've tried the latest nightly (kodi-20160509-e89f87d-master-armeabi-v7a.apk) on the Nvidia Shield and it cannot play videos when the display is set to 24Hz (23.976). I thought it might have to do with switching framerates, but I disabled that and set my resolution on the Shield directly to 1920 x 1080 23.976Hz. When I play a video, I hear audio, but only see a different frame every few seconds.

It seems like it is timing out waiting for buffer (WARNING: CRenderManager::WaitForBuffer - timeout waiting for buffer)
