I am about to start and HTPC build and wanted to make sure Kodi supported 3D (unencrypted) Blu-Ray and 4K. Thank you guys for the help!

Thank you for the quick reply, but I'm not looking for a Kodi box that supports 3D. I'm looking to make my own home DVR with Kodi that supports 4K and 3D. I have checked the specs of the processor's graphics (Intel HD 510) and it says it supports both 4K (at 24hz) and 3D. So does Kodi support this?

Studios didnt release Blu-rays UHD 3D
3D is not part of the UHD specs
No Bluray UHD in 3D
No bluray player UHD in 4K 3D
Today the latest Tvs presentend at CES 2017 like the LG OLED 4K and samsung flagship has NO 3D.

The trending is HGL, Dolby Vision & HDR10

3D is dead..

3D in theatres is a big money maker but it's not a big draw for home videos I believe. I think that's what he meant

For the consumer the best Media players, TVs, some 4K Projectors will lack 3D.
Streaming and 4K UHD blu-ray had put 3D technology aside, and it will only survive while people still buy it.
