G'Day. Just bought a Minix Z83-4 media box running Windows 10 Home. Installed Kodi 17 RC2. Passthrough for audio of 5.1 does not work for either DTS or AC3 - even 2 channel PCM does not work. Sony receiver shows reception correctly of audio bitstream, but audio is either severely delayed or does not work at all. Audio works as expected if passthrough in Kodi is switched off. Passthrough does work with exact same setup (or earlier versions of Kodi and XBMC) on laptops running higher end Intel chips or my Android 4.4 media boxes.Thanks for any responses.

Thanks PatK but I do not have "Sync playback to display" enabled and the "blue light" on the Sony receiver does come on when source is DTS or AC3 and Kodi audio set to passthrough, audio doesn't work anywhere near satisfactorily though as described.
