I have Kodi 17 running on Windows 10 and I'm missing the "Add to Library" entry in the context menu. I have "Add to Favourite" and some other but not this one. Do I need a Add-on or do I have to change some settings to get it? I already installed Kodi new but no change.

Maybe somebody could help/instruct me.

You should have a 'scan to Library' in file mode in the context menu for new content, and if a listing is already in the library, you would use the 'information', refresh. Your sources should have scan for new content in that menu.
