Hello,
install 17.3 on win 10, crash every time, trying to delete addon27, dont work.
Then delete 17.3 and install 17.2, same problem, crash after few seconds.

Might be something in the mirrors atm, the last line in the log is http://mirrors.kodi.tv/addons/krypton/addons.xml.gz try a fresh install, portable mode would preserve your 16.1 set-up.

FYI - I installed 17.2 on:

Android tablets (2) Samsung and an Asus
Microsoft Surface 3 tablet Windows 10 CU
3 Zotac Zboxes ALL running Windows 10 CU
2 desktop PCs BOTH Windows 10 CU

Then when the 17.3 update came along I did it all over again.

Said all that to say this, I didn't have one issue, no crashes, no lockups and everything is working fine!

Maybe some people need to reinstall Windows 10 CU, just sayin'.....

Oh...and you will not get a FRESH install of Kodi until you delete the Kodi folder in C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming

A portable mode install, should act like fresh (it doesn't use the roaming directory), so when in doubt of some hardware or add-on, this is the go-to solution.

Thanks for the support message.

Yup..but I just rename the kodi folder so a new one gets created then I don't have to sit through the installation of kodi again...save me about 3 minutes Wink
