The nightly win32 x86 downloads haven't included pvr.wmc for a while now. I'm trying to do some skin dev work and need a working pvr if at all possible.

The add-on maintainer still needs to adapt pvr.wmc to Leia PVR add-on API changes.

Have you tried pvr.demo? I'm using it if I have no real pvr setup at hand. Not perfect, but quite helpful, imo.

I have spent some time on this and so far no luck. I can't get kodi's new build environment set up so I can compile, but I haven't give up yet. I just suck at this stuff. Scarecrow if you are out there, I could really use your help.

Update: I am able to compile pvr.wmc now and I have it running in v18. I still can't successfully compile kodi, but having just the addon in debug will hopefully be good enough.

Well, that's progress. I've never been able to compile a win32 build using the cmake so I feel your pain.

Thanks. What kills me is I am so close. I have pushed up the changes to pvr.wmc and its passed their compile compatibility tests, so hopefully they'll accept the PR and it will be out soon.

The pvr.wmc addon is back in the v18 (Leia) nightly (dated 9/13/2017).

Thanks. I tried to compile from the repo using "make-addons.bat" but it failed and I haven't sorted out what went wrong.

The one I had success with is prepare-binary-addons-dev.bat,
for example: prepare-binary-addons-dev.bat pvr.wmc

I am on the Build 20171114 with WMC Addon 2.2.2. When watching a High Definition Channel it stutters though I have a good connection.
Strange is that on the bottom it writes "Time-Shift" with the current time plus 5 Minutes added.
On the same machine with the old Kodi 17.6 the HD channels run smoothly and there is no "Time-Shift" mentioned.

Please post a serverwmc log on pastebin.com and put a link to it here. To keep the log manageable, restart serverwmc, play the channel until it stutters, then post the log.
