Hello, 

My library hard drive crashed on me but i was able to recover most of it from a backup i had. The problem is my backup was about ~1-2 months old. 

Is there an addon that does the reverse of Missing Movie Scanner, in the sense that it will tell me all the libraried videos that no longer have a file on the backend?

No, can't say that I have seen such an add-on.
I tend to write my own little PHP tools for such tasks.

Maybe that Milhouse's Texture Cache Maintenance tool can help out somehow.

my PHP days are long behind me... what about when i "clean" my library... is there a log created with all the files that have been removed?
