I bought a sound card for the rasberry pi and digi +. I use Kodi but this does not see the sound card. How should I perform this installation from a to z. im not a wishkid..

OS LibreELEC 9.0.2 (Leia) has arrived based upon Kodi v18.2, the 9.0.2 release and souncard DiGi+(http://www.raspberrypiwiki.com/index.php/DiGi%2B)

I believe this is a clone of a Hifiberry Digi card. So add:
dtoverlay=hifiberry-digi
to config.txt and you should see the audio card in system/audio settings in kodi.
