There is something wrong with my tmm 3.1.3.
I use the tinymediamanagerupd.exe to start this program.
When I scrape some movie, the error message is java.net.socketTimeoutException:connect timed out.
Looks like I cannot connect the themoviedb.org, but I can browse this site very quickly.
So.How can I fix this problem?
Last time I delete the file tmm.jar,and wait for upgrade a new version, the problem fixed.
But this time it's still not work.

as hte exception "java.net.socketTimeoutException:connect timed out" states: there is a timeout somewhere between your computer and the tmdb API server.. I've got another user having this issue whereas all other users do not have any issues (just tested it from 2 different computers with two different Java versions and everything worked).

Since this is a network error, it is far out of scope what we could fix... and I am afraid I cannot give you any guidance how to track down the error. You could check if https://api.themoviedb.org/3/configuration works for you in your browser - you should bet this error rather than some sort of timeout

I can use tiny media manager before. It just happened yesterday, I try tiny media manager on two different computer and network enviroment, but the problem continued

I come from China. I try to solve this problem whole day. And Finally I get the reason...

If I use VPN and change the country to USA. It can be used normally.

But I cannot use it even I change the region to Japan or Taiwan.

So I agree maybe it is regional problem. But can you fix this problem? I don't think it's affect only China region.

Yes. I got same problem just like them.

But I don't think it's only regional problem. Because I can scrape themoviedb.org same time by using Kodi TMDB scaper...

So, I guess it must be some other reason.

I have already go to themoviedb.org forum to ask the administrator. But he hasn't reply yet.
