I know there's work on an internal web browser. Firstly, can anyone explain the advantages possible with this? Secondly, does anyone know what else is slated for 19? Anyone know what's already working?

(2020-02-24, 19:07)debennett2 Wrote: Firstly, can anyone explain the advantages possible with this?Many media providers don't provide an open API which can complicate the writing of addons, and in some cases media providers have threaten to sue addon authors, so having a browser that can access the media providers own web pages should guarantee being able to access any providers content, although we may then end up getting into user agent games but like any browser I assume it'll be possible to modify that.
