Hi,
I’m using kodi 18.7 for my android tv and use it to stream videos from google drive via the Google Drive addon. However while streaming the modem randomly reboots and loses internet connection few times a day. It only occurs while streaming through kodi otherwise my internet connection has no issue. Still I requested a change of modem to my ISP and got it replaced but the problem persists. Playing the same file through chromecast has no issue. Kindly help.

One more thing... A proper debug log (wiki) file has debugging enabled, for more log details. So enable debugging, restart Kodi, and provide a new log file.
Although the googledrive addon already has issues too: "There is a problem with your network connection."

Kodi only lends the network connection from the underlying operating system.

I’ve downgraded to Krypton 17.5.1 and the problem seems to be resolved at the moment. Kindly take this feedback otherwise I’ll be stuck in krypton version only
