Hi all,
I have an annoying problem. I have kodi 18.8 installed on an android tablet. It will quite happily access one of my windows 10 file shares and play them fine and dandy. I have a second server that it will not access. I keep getting timeouts when I try to. However I know it's not the network or shared because I have total commander installed on the same tablet and the LAN explorer will quite happy access both windows systems and play videos without issue. Indeed if I tell it to play in the foreground it will launch Kodi and play a file from the unreachable server and then quite happily report that it cannot see the server/file that it has just that second finished playing.
This is driving me mad. I have been through a load of trouble shooting guides and nothing works. Is there anything I can do to get this working?
