Hi after the windows update recently I need to redo my MCE Remote Mapper. When I make a shortcut from kodi and test it to se if it will open I get this error. Error: Unable to create application. Exciting
I test with other programs and they open but kodi shortcut with not open I have tried everything to make it work.

In properties of the short cut ensure the path is correct and starting in the same folder. (open in file location is a good test of the path), move to the compatibility tab, try one or more of the options, run as administrator comes to mind.

Problem still exists as my post above, tried all the steps you suggested, thanks for trying to help.
