Hello everyone,

I have a T95ZPlus box with Kodi 18.9 installed on it and everything is running smootly...
I can access all my stuff through SMB://{PC-NAME}/folder

just bought a Fire Cube for 2nd TV and installed Kodi on it.... same version, same KODI settings as my T95ZPlus
When I try to add a SMB path on Fire Cube, always getting an "Operation not permitted"  error...

so brang my Cube downstairs cause my T95 is wired (Cube is not), thinking maybe it needed to be wired (RJ45)....

Checked T95, SMB still working
disconnecting T95, connect Cube, still no go.... always that &^#&# error
Reconnected T95, Everything's fine, SMB working again...


Any ideas?!

Check here and see if you made a blooper... SMB (wiki)

Come back with a screenshot of your settings if you still can't get it to work.

Are you running Windows on your Fire Cube?
