Hey there!
I downgraded from v19 to 18.9 this week and everything runs smoothly now, but one issue I still have is that randomly, in a middle of a movie, the screen will go black while the sound will continue. To fix it, I have to switch my HDMI port on my Denon receiver and switch it back on to get the image back. Kodi is the only application that will do this issue, Netflix on the shield, the PS5, the PS4 and even the Switch doesn't have this problem.

I have no additional add-ons, so I'm running a vanilla version 18.9 kodi.

My setup:
nvidia shield pro 2019 plugged in my Denon 2700h to a Sony X900H.

Any suggestions or anyone have this issue? Thanks for the help :-)

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.
4.Upload the log to Kodi Paste Site manually or use the Kodi Logfile Uploader. (wiki) With either method post the link to the log back here.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file (wiki)

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.
