Linux Kodi fails to start up
#1
Kodi used to work fine previously on my arch installation but has stopped working recently. Unfortunately I'm not sure which exact linux/driver/kodi version caused this issue.

Here's the error I get when I start the Kodi:

txt:

GPU at BusId 0x8 doesn't have a supported video decoder
/usr/bin/kodi: line 208:  7883 Floating point exception(core dumped) ${KODI_BINARY} $SAVED_ARGS
find: ‘/home/buddha/.omp’: Permission denied

Here are some helpful logs:
  1. Debug log: wupatedoju.kodi (paste)
  2. Crash log: ijuyagakuf.kodi (paste)

Two things...

1- Arch, like Debian, is compiling its own set of Kodi files, and releases them through their channel(s). It's best to ask them about any technical mishaps.

2- You have installed a repository and add-on that are on our banned list of add-ons, because these will facilitate video piracy in one way or another. As per our forum rules (wiki) and piracy policy (wiki) support is halted instantly.
