There is a MusicBrainz scraper but it's not in the repositories. How do I get it?

It's a library, so not directly usable by users. Instead it is used in artist and album info providers. But it is an "xml" scraper and these are being replaced by "python" scrapers. It is used in universal album/artist scrapers. Generic Album/Artist Scraper are the python alternatives.
