File browsing via Web Interface?

I'm not sure this is the correct forum for this question.
Feel free to tell me a better place to post it.

I am new to Kodi. I have version 20.2 installed in an Android TV box running Android 11.
My video files are on an external drive connected to the TV box.
The library is setup and working. My issue is adding new videos.
I download new videos via my PC, then need to get them to the TV box and into Kodi.
I used FTP to get new files from my PC to the external drive on the TV box
(had problems with SMB, still working on that).
I have the list of new files on my PC, so it is more convenient to use the Kodi web interface from my PC to add the new files to the library.
I was planning to use the file browser to find the new files, then add them to the library one by one.
But the web interface does not seem to provide access to the media sources.
The Browser just shows add-ons, not any media sources.
I have tried both the Chorus 2 and AWXI web interfaces.
Neither allows browsing of the media sources.
Is this normal, or am I missing some setup to allow access to media via the web?

By the way, I did a Library Scan, and it added the new files quickly, and easier than me doing them manually.
But I would still like to be able to browse the files via the web interface.

I'd sort your SMB and give Kodi access to your media. Why duplicate your media?
