Req Add an Audio output manager

I use my Kodi as media center at home. It plays our Replay TV, and we use it for one of the streaming services. Also it is our main audio stream device if we do not watch TV.
We have the TV, three Bluetooth speaker and one network devices (PhonieBox) for audio output. Input are mostly Kodi and its apps but If possible I sometimes wish to transfer my Linux laptop sound to Kodi.

I wish a settings menu where I could set up device profiles:
  • for a virtual 3.1 Surround-Sound device (TV and on Bluetooth speaker)
  • for distributed Mono Sound (Audio-stream) for Same audio output in other rooms where a bluetooth speaker is located.
  • for input devices like a laptop for audio (and may screensharing)
  • for output devices like Bluetooth and other network devices.
I'm not an audio expert so researched a bit and I assume following points may be important.
  • a virtual surround-sound seems possible with pipewire
  • latency problems on Bluetooth devices could be a problem for video output.
  • distribute to more than one Bluetooth devices may need additional bluetooth dongel
