I have fallen out with the android system and was wondering if windows mini computers are good for streaming.
I am only looking at a cheap computer, I only need it for streaming.

There is an entire forum section on Kodi hardware with many threads and lots of valuable information.  What might be a little more helpful is stating what you don't like about the Android platform and Kodi vs. what you are looking for.  There is no one-size-fits-all Kodi solution but certain platforms are better for certain needs than others.  Some of it gets down to as simple as what you are comfortable supporting.  I personally lean towards Windows and Linux clients leveraging OSMC or LibreElec.
