Kodi home screen for TV menu should display Currently/Next recording on the top (if any):

But I don't see it in my new installation in RPi4 Libreelec.
TVH server is ok, as it runs on separate RPi2 and when connected to my older Coreelec device both info are visible.
It’s not so important, but anyway, I would like to know, what can be a reason?

There's been a change in the default skin.
I know there is a skin mod (I think by pkscout) that reintroduces the widget you are after.
I just got used to the new 'timers' widget row.

I actually liked the old timer widget a lot, but the new way shows more info which is nice.
