How to configure Kodi to not resample audio?
#1
Hi everyone

I'm using Kodi with LibreELEC and after getting a new DAC that displays the source sample rate I noticed some issues. In audio config screen my DAC is shown as 2 separate devices: SPDIF and Analog. When I select Analog audio is always at 48kHz. When I select SPDIF, audio seems to not be resampled but it never goes beyond 44.1kHz even if I play a higher sample rate. I also tried this with Kodi in TwisterOS (a fork with x86 emulation preinstalled) and there everything works fine, the source sample rate is kept (triep up to 192 kHz, DAC supports up to 384 kHz). So likely there's some config in LibreELEC that messes with this. Any idea how to solve it?
