I am on debian (raspberry pi), my server is on another debian machine, it works fine on my browser, in the server logs you can see I access Ab intervals (and it plays in browser too), not sure what kodi's issue with it, the log says unable to load special passwords.xml? I'm not sure what that is or what that has to do with my files, it seems to do this with files with spaces in the name

It's only certain files it does this with and rarely, and seems to be files with spaces in the name, that's all I can think off. I thought at first it was maybe my server isn't URL escaping properly but it is and I don't even see Kodi attempting to access the file on the server

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

The instructions are here... Debug Log

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.
4.Upload the log to Kodi Paste Site manually or use the Kodi Logfile Uploader. (wiki) With either method post the link to the log back here.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file (wiki)

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs
Do NOT post your logs directly into the forum. Use the Kodi Paste Site. Post the link to your pasted log in the forum
