There is an option in the Power DVD program for Windows that is show 2 subtitles on the screen at the same time (Primary and Secondary). There is this option in XBMC?

It seems strange but I watch many musical shows with subtitles in Portuguese and English at the same time in POWER DVD for windows.

I think it would be very useful. Kmplayer have such option. For example, for displaying director's comentaries subtitles and normal subtitles at once time. Another example, I think It could be interesting because we could read english subtitles and translated subtitles at once time (useful for non-english people)!
