not sure if im using the correct term but when i setup my PC to output to my 42 inch panasonic plasma tv (resolution and refresh rate set to lowest, also try higher settings), i notice a band that goes up and down ... does anyone know if this is a product of the video card (geforce 7200) that im using or something else? i try switching cables without any success ...
