It would be nice to this built-in for XBMC.

I know the Launcher script kinda does some of this but it has issues and this REALLY should be a native function until XBMC has no need for supplemental audio/video apps to control blu-ray and multi-zone audio.

It should be able to...

start/close Windows Apps
monitor for state of Apps
decision tree based on what state of Apps
- give full screen focus back to XBMC
- open/close other App
- etc
