[Apple TV] Aeon Auriga unofficial 'Lite' version for the ATV

extra point to all for reviving a really old thread.

@NotShorty - no updates, this skin is for pre-dharma version of xbmc. For Dharma i use the Aeon-MQ2 2.1.1 version with some modified xmls. Next revision of Aeon-mq2 were too heavy for atv1. Aeon-MQ2 2.1.1 also works well on atv2 (even better than atv1)

I can post it here if people want it.

@neverstar - to customise the skin you need to go to:
/usr/mobile/Mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC/addons - this is from what i can remember but check the atv2 threads.

@djwhite - pre dharma had cache options (which aprantly did nothing). No need to change it on current release.

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the late reply, had issues with my ISP - couldnt upload the skin

but here it goes:

its 2.1.1 + some of my minor mods

it works ok on atv1, and well on atv2 - performance wise.

What I did is:
- 720p static background
- no recently added on home screen
- classic style
- multiplex views all the way

Fails on install or me... Help.. lol

I have uploaded the .zip to the correct folder, then select on the xbmc install addon, and then get error after a min or so failed to install.

any ideas? or is there any other way of doing it?

Same thing happened to me. Tried to install, then it said it failed. Anyone else?

Sorry guys, should have mentioned, this is not an install from zip senario, you will need to upload the unzipped content to you XBMC/addons folder.

Let me know if you need more info
