I have a few seasons of TV shows purchased from the iTunes store. XBMC can't play them since they have DRM, so I set up QuickTime as an external player.
XBMC launches QuickTime and begins playing the video, but XBMC remains the frontmost (and fullscreen) application. I can hear the video playing but I have to manually get out of XBMC's fullscreen mode and switch to QuickTime in order to see the video.
Is XBMC supposed to automatically switch to the external player or does it only launch the player?
Thank you

Hi,
I have similiar problems. did you try to set the alwaysontop switch to false? Nevertheless...please contact Davilla (XBMC developer, here on the forum). He told that he will have a look into the code regarding this (I work on a i386 Mac) Hopefully, if we are two (and for sure more) with this problem, he will help. http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid...ocus+issue and http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=51813&page=6 |
