Ok, so this excites me beoyond belief - but has anyone actually got this working as a PVR/TV in XMBC?
I did some searching and see some about the linux version and mythtv - but nothing about the a windows version working?
If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be appreciated!

What backend do you need to test this with?

Just to clarify before I get too excited: This branch still has a dependency on a non-XBMC PVR back-end, right?

Is their some additional information for the functionality available??
I have a CT-VDR5 running on an standalone Debian Linux System since 3 or 4 Years.
Via a VDR Plugin it is possible on a Xbox to view streamed live TV. This plugin don´t work on the windows or linux XBMC system. If i start on a windows system a stream via the plugin, the audio is available but nothing is view.
So I look for an possibility to view live TV on XBMC Windows.
I download the version and acitivate
I enable on the Windows XBMC the functionality TV in the video settings.
So a new point in the main menu TV is available. If I try to enter TV I get the message "No PVR Client available, Please check your settings".
In the Video Settings -> TV area. a point is available Manage PVR clients but I don't know what I must set on this point.
I hope I understand it correct that the XBMC Windows is the frontend for live TV for an additional VDR backend. Or must the backend an XBMC VDR on ubuntu linux.
Thanks regards Zippolighter

OK guys I forgot to build the actual client. I uploaded it to the same mefiafire URL you see in the first post. Extract the .zip file to the PVR client folder of your XBMC installation.
General information about this build: Of course you'll need a running VDR-backend for this to work. And yes, VDR only runs on Linux.

It's no longer there. Can you refresh the mediafire file?

I hve the same problm than above.
In the log i can see it tries to load VC09 non redistributable dll. Does the pvr client compiled in Debug mode instead of release mode ?
