Yesterday I have upgraded the version with 'XBMCSetup-Rev22941-dx.exe Ikons build' and now I see all my videos in wrong aspect ratio or wrong resolution.

For example when I play my 720p videos some are displayed correct in my TV 1280x720 pixel to pixel, other are displayed smaller (like 1024x600) other are displayed smaller and in wrong aspect ratio (like 1024x720).

I try to install the 'XBMCSetup-Rev22516.exe Ikons build' that have ever work correctly but now all is deformed...

Please help me

Ugh.. I'm starting to sound like a broken record.

The dev's know that things are up and down at the moment ( since 22529 - http://xbmc.org/theuni/2009/08/31/follow-up-breakage/ ).. go to http://www.xbmc.org/forum/showthread.php?t=35452 for the latest unbroken SVN build at the bottom of the page.

update - ...aaaaaaand I also misread your post.. so basically you upgraded, started having problems, downgraded and are still having problems. It's probably time to clear out your userdata profile and start fresh from the latest stable.. your stable version is probably picking up an old config file or something.
