Does NextPicture/PreviousPicture work for anybody during a screensaver slideshow?
I know this feature used to work (last year), but now it seems that any keystroke, including slideshow functions in keymap.xml, just turn the screensaver off.
Any ideas?

Sorry to dig up an old thread but I am with Skeezer, I have recently come back to XBMC and find I can no longer move through pictures during the slideshow screensaver? Is there anyway to re-enable this functionality ?

Isn't the whole point of a screen saver that any keypress will turn it off?

It is certainly the point of a lot of screen savers. You will find however that certain screen savers benefit from being interactive, the random photo album is a great case in point. This feature used to be available by default, so when someone walked passed the screen and said "come and look at this photo" you could pause or go back to the photo in question..
