Endless scrolling still present on some lists

Some places in the skin still have the continuos scrolling, instead of stopping at the end of the lists. One place is the sub-categories of the settings page. Another place is dialogs with Cancel and OK buttons. Also the hidden side panels still have continuous scrolling. Also the submenus of the home categories. Can these be fixed? If so that'd be really nice. Thanks

I'm assuming you're using the keyboard?

EDIT: These aren't "lists" in the traditional sense is why. The grouplist ones should be easy to take care of, but things like OK/Cancel are just normal buttons, and XBMC has no idea you are scrolling as it only knows you're navigating between two or more controls.
