I just tried to make my first playlist with videofiles.

But it will not be saved in the order I want, but in alphabetical order.

What can I do?

What kind of playlist?
Have you tried to sort by playlist?
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.

A "not smart" playlist, for videos.

No, I hadn't tried that. Didn't know I could, or needed.
