That depends on what you're using to scrape the episodes, if it's the thetvdb I suggest you look there for it. Same for tv.com / whatever.

First of all you should have a folder for the tv name with the indivudal episodes below that level like so:-
TVShows\CSI Crime Scene Investigation\Sxx.Exx (or whatever your file naming convetion is.
The scrapers will read from the folder name and identify the show name from that. If you are using thetvdb as your scraper then the correct name is CSI: Crime Scene Invesigation - however as I'm sure your aware Windows won't let you use the 'colon', therefore replace that with a space and it should scrape correctly.

as i wrote before all other shows work
i have my tv like this :
/tv/showname/releasename/*.rar
e.g.
/tv/criminal.minds/Criminal.Minds.S05E16.Mosley.Lane.HDTV.XviD-FQM/criminal.minds.s05e16.hdtv.xvid-fqm.rar
and for csi it's :
/tv/CSI.crime.scene.investegation/CSI.S10E17.HDTV.XviD-LOL/csi.1017.hdtv-lol.rar
haven't had any other shows failing - only CSI...
could it maybe be thati wrote investegation insted of investigation
