Where else does XBMC look for fanart?
#1
It looks at themoviedb by default, right? I have had a number of movies pull in fanart NOT from themoviedb, and then not pull in themoviedb's fanart.

So, where else is it looking that it misses it? Or is there some kind of phantom fanart on there?

As far as I know it looks at the scraper you identified as the default when setting the content. Otherwise it doesn't have any instructions to look elsewhere - I don't think Huh How do you know there not from the moviedb?

I go to moviedb and they're not listed. And the ones that aren't don't show up.
The strangest case (that I have) is Casino Royale. Change one of your movies titles to it and see if you experience the same thing:

http://www.themoviedb.org/movie/36557/backdrops

Those five show up. Then a similar but worse-quality of the bottom one (which isn't from the movie anyway) shows up, as well as a host of poster art backdrops. None of which are located there. It has to be looking somewhere else.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the changeover to the new moviedb website and introduction of new API, than it scraping elsewhere, perhaps some gremlins in the system.

Tell you what's stranger than that i don't get any of those that you've just linked to - but 7 different ones entirely. LOL

I'm not near my HTPC, but aren't they mainly based off of the poster? That's the ones I come up with. But the other, older Casino Royale movie pulls from TMDB. I just don't get it.
