configure.in: make hal optional?
#1
hi all,

as far as i know xbmc uses either hald or devicekit dependent on what's available on the target os. in case that i'm right would it be possible to make hald optional? atm hal is required during the configure phase and would stop if hal is not installed on an os.

regards,

Yeah it has been considered and might be done in camelot+1 (since we are abit busy, patches would be most welcomed Smile )
